We have some absolutely fascinating comics for you this week, just the sort of thing to really jump-start your 2019 comic collecting. First up is a gorgeous example of Thor #175, a classic Stan Lee story featuring the potential “Fall of Asgard”, as orchestrated by popular villain Loki.
For the Golden Age fans, look no farther than our solid copy of Comic Cavalcade #3, a 1940s square-bound comic packed with 12 different stories. Included, but not limited to, fan-favorites like Wonder Woman, Flash, and Green Lantern, this issue also marks the beginning of the Hop Harrigan and the Sargon the Sorcerer stories. Stories are written by Bill Finger, Gardner Fox, William Moulton Marston, and Jon L. Blummer, with art by Harry G. Peter, Sheldon Moldoff, Lou Ferstadt, and Harry Lampert, and a wonderful cover by Frank Harry.
